This compact Network Attached Storage external disk enclosure is the ideal solution for offices, small businesses and home users who need access to a shared hard drive.

Designed to sit underneath a Mac Mini, the Mini NAS Enclosure can also be used with any other Mac or PC. It's compatible with standard 3.5" ATA hard drives and allows LAN users to easily backup data and share files via an intranet or the internet. Set up and operation is simple and straightforward. A built-in USB 2.0 port allows it to be used as a regular external hard drive.

4 Different Setup Options

As a DHCP Client

If the enclosure operates under a built-in DHCP server router (e.g. Internet Sharing Hub), it will obtain an IP address from the DHCP server automatically

As a DHCP Server

If your operating environment does not support a DHCP server, the enclosure will immediately act as a DHCP server and assign an IP address for installation

In a Static IP Environment

If your operating environment supports static IP addresses you can configure the enclosure's IP address to operate in a static IP environment

USB 2.0 Mode

Simply connect the enclosure to a USB port on your computer using the supplied cable; it will operate as a standard external drive enclosure
